Why sell my property to an investor?

Investors don’t charge commission, we do direct investing and offer the premium price for what it’s worth. We do not compete with Realtors for your home. If you want to list your home we know Realtors that can help you.

What’s the scope of closing a deal?

The average closing time frame for us can be as fast as 10 days.

What repairs must be done?

Our clients are not required to do any repairs on the property. We buy the properties in any condition as is.

How do I get an offer?

In order for us to complete our due diligence we prefer to visit the property in person, but depending on different scenarios we can guide you through the steps over the phone or video chat. Once we have gathered all the information we require, we will present you with a written offer.

When will I need to move?

It could either be the same day or, if necessary we might be able to offer a short term leaseback. Although that is not ideal we will make sure you have the smoothest transition.

How/when do I receive my money?

We work with a real estate lawyers to make sure all cash is collected the day of closing and transferred to you when you’ve signed the closing documents. This transfer occurs either via check or electronic wire into your account.

What if an owner is not able to come to closing?

While this is not ideal scenario, as long as the seller is available we will make sure to find a way in making the transaction legal, quick and hassle free.

How do you determine the price for my house?

We make calculated decisions based on comparable properties in your neighbourhood.

Are you actually listing my house on the MLS or buying it?

We are not agents and we don’t list houses. We are a large group of investors that purchase properties in cash and are constantly looking for investment opportunities as it comes. We buy houses that meet our purchasing criteria. From there we may repair the house and resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental ourselves.
